Our mission is to make investing in real estate accessible for everyone. We are looking to partner with individuals and brands that have an audience interested in personal finance, passive income or real estate.
We provide our affiliates with the education and assets needed to make Awning a compelling solution for your audience. We send newsletters bi-weekly to keep our network armed with fresh content.
Our goal is to build a long-term partnership, and that means we make it worth your time. We pay out $20 for every complete sign-up, and $250 for every transaction, and offer bonuses to our top affiliates.
We use a last click attribution policy.
A qualified sign-up is a United States resident that successfully completes our sign up form in entirety.
A transaction is credited when a customer you refer successfully closes on a property. This can take anywhere from 30-60 days.
We pay our affiliates weekly through our supported payment platforms. To inquire about a specific payment platform, please message jeremy@awning.com.
After you submit your application, we will typically approve within 5-7 business days.
We use Tapfilliate (website link) as our affiliate platform. During onboarding, we can walk your through Tapfilliate to make sure that you are set up for success.
